What is your average rates on residential washing?

it’s more for the customer experience then it is for me to save time.

It’s also for the call service I use, makes them doing estimates and scheduling ten times easier over the phone. Instead of logging into markate and going through all those steps they actually just go through my website to quote and schedule.

Also it’s for LEADS…when someone sees a Facebook ad or go to your website they are much more willing to give up there name and phone number to see prices instantly then they are to wait around for a quote.

Gotcha, that makes sense. I am the calling service here, lol, so no headaches there.

@Patriotspwashing have you ever looked into responsibid? It’s a pain getting it dialed in and pricey but that’s the one app or program you can’t take away from me. Everything goes through that and many times have had zero interaction with a customer through the whole sales cycle. Any ad I make directs them to use it, usually helps with higher tickets too. I definitely recommend it.

Yah I’ve looked into it and have though about using it…right now the only way to integrate responsibid with markate is by using zappier and other people’s experience has been poor.

If markate ever makes a direct integration I’d jump on that train

That’s the reason I switched from Markate to jobber. It was a deal breaker for me. The zapier connection wasn’t great.

Have you looked into how many people get to step 1 and drop off (never enter their information). would be curious of creating a remarketing campaign for those users on Google/FB. I have Markate as well but havent tried the online booking feature yet. I’ve got incoming calls tied into zapier so it creates a new inquiry each IB call and use CallRail for call tracking/recording but that’s about all the integrations I have so far as just starting out in industry part time.
