Do you know? when you are using the pressure washer for cleaning your home or car, most of the time you will face this problem. Maybe, I am not sure But I am facing this. Let me know the proper way to repair this. From your experience & the best article you are read ever about this, please suggest.
Cut the hose where the hole is. Take the ink cartridge and spring from ball point pen. Insert into both ends of hose up to the middle of the pen. Wrap good with blue painters tape. Hose is now repaired.
There might be other ways, but this is what worked for me:
1.Clean the damaged area thoroughly with denatured alcohol.
2. Pull a vacuum on the hose and apply flowable silicone to the damaged area until it stops sucking.
3. Wrap the patch with self-fusing silicone tape.
4. Coat everything with JB Weld epoxy
5. Wrap fiberglass mat around the hose and embed in the wet epoxy
6. Go over the fiberglass with more JB Weld
7. Paint with 2 coats of rubberized cyanoacrylate
8. Dip in paraffin
9. Wrap with copper wire
10. Protect everything and get a finished look with a wrap of black Gorilla Duct Tape
11. Avoid using the hose for more than 11 PSI
