What do you use on stucco

I’m new to pressure washing and I’m about to nake a bid on a property that has stucco. Is there anything different I need to use, or different procedures. Thanks

gcpressure- you need to fill our your signature line so people know who there responding to. You’ll get more responses that way.

Pressure plays an important roll. High pressure may damage walls and roofs. So always choose experience persons.

Right now I use sh and then rinse it.

You usually need a stronger mix for moldy stucco. I can’t usually make it work with DS. I use a roof pump. Xjet would work too. The one time I did make it work was with Simple Cherry and F13. The F13 seems to boost the mix, but I don’t think you could use it with Elemonator. Would take too long to rinse.

Is it stucco or dryvit/EIFS? I did a stucco building a few months back with a roof pump and roof mix after 10 minutes the lower section in this pic is how well it worked (before rinsing).

I also did a EIFS hotel with an xjet and it worked alright. I prefer the roof pump mix and low pressure rinse from now on.

Roof pump we use is a 12v low pressure pump that applies a straight mix from a separate tank. This way you can make the mix strong and not waste as much SH by having to mix it with the water through a DS injector. It is my go to for stucco jobs now.

We use the All-Flo and can control the mix. AKA soft washing.
