What CRM does everyone use?

I think customer factor would be a good one, I use quicken from 2002 for money and a custome program for all customers I had built.

The Customer Factor is what we use, it syncs with Quickbooks online and ROCKS! For those that do it all: invoicing, customer contact, estimates, etc…give it a try it has saved me countless hours & head aches. With the Customer Factor and QB online invoicing, balancing $ in and out, estimates, contacts & emailing is a breeze. Literally able to do everything in seconds! And the cost for the two is extremely reasonable, money well spent and increases your business professional image!

We’re gonna have to look into doing something like this. My wife is doing all of our business in notebooks and she can barely keep up with everything.

Get the customer factor. I went thru every major system for months to find the right one. The customer factor has it all man. It automates alot of things for you. When someone pays an invoice, it automatically gets marked as paid and emails the receipt to the customer. It’s syncs with your calendars. You can set up auto email drip campaigns to keep your business in front of your customers. It’s an amazing system. And it’s always adding new features. And for only $35 a month, it’s a steal. Plus, your locked into that price for life. Youll never be subject to an increase. And 90% percent of the time, the owner himself, Steve, will answer the phone or reply to your email. Hit him up and ask him to set you up a demo account. He did it for me so I could check it out and now I wonder how I ever lived without it.

Im 3 years only time I had to send a bill is the Banks, Credit Union and the Mall well I did have to send one to Perkins.
Usually I’m a cash in hand Thank You… see ya don’t want to be ya.
I don’t want no records of any kind …

What is this Steve phone number Ill just ask about it for the customers above…

I use jobber and would highly recommend it. Great customer service, easy to use, and it makes every thing look very clean and professional. I use send jim for automated postcard campaigns and thank yous.

How has the auto postcard campaigns worked for you? Is the return decent?

The majority of my clientele are for window cleaning but yeah it works great for me. I’ve had multiple people tell me that they really appreciated the thank you cards and I think it helps set you apart from the competition. Its also a great way to advertise different services to your current customer base during different times as well. I use it for gutters in the winter( falls not to rainy aroumd here) and will use it to let everyone know that we are now offering roof cleaning in the near future. They just released a new feature where you can draw a circle/ shape to selectively target neighborhoods or individual houses and I really like it so far. Perfect for targeting gated communities and current customers neighbors. Pretty sure they offer a demo.

Oh yea, I signed up last week. I had been eyeing send jim but the radius bomb did it for me. I’m doing my training call tomorrow to get all the ins and outs of it. But I think it’s gonna be huge for us.

The Customer Factor hands down. We tried a few though TCF is best for us.

Do they have a built in payment processor, cant find info for one on their site?

I wan’t to be like you when I grow up! Until then, I’m still stuck talking to people too dang much.

I am often wrong, but never uncertain.
