Yup Iā€™m in miami. The customer doesnā€™t even know. The driveway to be honest looks great minus a few rust spots

Oh and its is ocean front not sure if that would make a difference on the best type to use I was thinking water based

Quick question what kind of stripper should I use to remove water based sealer??

Time.

Dads easy strip 5 gallons about $200 covers 800-1000 sqft

Dadā€™s works best with hot water, if you use it make sure to wear long sleeve and pants along with a mask.

Tape up anything you donā€™t want ruined near your work zone dads is very aggressive stuff it will strip anything it touches.

Thank you @florida_condo_cleani

I am currently looking into using this product FluoroSeal as it is water based and compatible with any previous sealers and it can be applied to wet surfaces. This means you can clean and seal the same day and no need to wait around for the surface to dry before sealingā€¦ and definately no need to return the next day to seal.

Works for concrete too ?

He is an aussie I believe, shipping would kill it for you.

Not sure if these products are available in the US but Iā€™m sure there would be something similar on your local market.
