West coast roof cleaning

Anyone in the California area that does roof cleaning or pressure washing? I just wanna pick your brain a bit…

California the state is over 600 miles long. So the climate is dramatically different from rain and snow typical 4 seasons to desert. So mold and the like is not present everywhere. Also vinyl siding is very rare. In southern California about 25 million people 90/95% of homes are stucco with tile roofs. If not a composite siding is used few homes have shingles. Northern California it’s very different. Still lots of stucco but more shingle roofs

Yea, i have family in Santa Cruz. We made me drive up the 5 from LA a few times. Cow country doesn’t smell the greatest, but a beautiful state.

when we clean tile here, we just use our foot pump still, just a bit of a hotter mix. Stucco/dryvit is common around here I guess in the higher end neighborhoods, but majority of houses are vinyl, which is great for the softwashing market here cause its so easy to do.
