Weird spots on concrete

Any idea on what this is and if it can be removed? This is my driveway. These have been here since I bought it 6 years ago. I decided to clean it today and thought I might help it some. I pretreatment with 2% then wanded it if since it wasn’t too bad. If anything it made these spots stand out more. Anyone seen this before? Thank you

Also, anyone have luck with the spots left behind from tire shine? It leaves these spots that SH and pressure did nothing on.

Kind of looks like spots where a sealer was eaten away.

Only thing I’ve seen guys talk about removing tire shine is gold assassin. But I’d have to see it to believe it.

Here is a it’s drying with a 2% SH post treat. It looks better as it’s drying, but still there.

So tire shine is a well known issue?
