Water proof slip resistant boots

These boots are great I’ve been wearing them for 4 years now. All the shoes for crews have a slip resistant tread that gives you way more grip on asphalt shingles even when its wet or soapy. They’re lightweight and comfortable and this last pair has lasted me 2 years and their still good. Check em out!

I get the cheap shrimp boots from Wal-Mart, works fine with a gel insert

I still like my muck boots… as long as I dont have to climb anything

This is what I do, too. Throw an insert in there and roll on. At $15 a pair I can buy three at a time for what other similar boots go for.

Im walking on roofs about every day so the slip resistant tread is the selling point for me otherwise I’d prolly get the cheap boots too

How do they compare to cougar paws?

Never tried cougar paws but I used to work with a guy who wore them… I could walk on any roof he could but he said when the roof was wet or soapy his grips didnt work anymore mine did

2 1/2 lb per boot is a lot

Not to mention they’re camo. I have never thought camo was professional looking unless you’re a pro hunter on TV or something. To each their own I suppose.

These are awesome if u have wide feet . Roomy, comfy and light. Got some with waders sewed to them I wear coon hunting they hold up good.

And if u like wearing overalls. Try u a pair of these we wear them doing flat work. They have a waterproof lining up to the waist. And last for yrs!! I buy them a little big so in the summer if I’m doing flat work or blasting with the turbo nozzle. Can just put them on over shorts.

My new favorite.
