Any advice for washing a house like this? It looks like painted block. Any advice would be appreciated!
Spray water, bleach and soap on it, rinse it off.

Log some more read time. I know that’s not the answer you want to hear, but I assure you the answer you seek is out there already in the forum. Look up washing something painted, and washing block walls and you’ll get years’ worth of feedback, insight, helpful hints, etc.
