i know, painted deck- terrible. but i have a customer who want’s hers cleaned. they are going to re-paint it later in the year, but she wants it cleaned up soon in preparation for some guests.
can i just use sh/elemonator? do i even need sh, or will just the surfactant be fine? i think it’s just dirty, not really an algae problem. what would you guys do?
Sounds like a solid stain, (it looks like paint), light house wash mix should do it, do a small test spot first.
no, it’s paint. it’s a soft green color with a bit of sheen, maybe an eggshell. i know what solid stain looks like. this is paint, and it’s peeling off in spots.
use soaper tip with sh and surfactant
any pressure will make get behind peeling paint and knock it off
