Ok guys I was wondering if any you offered warranties or guarantees on any of your work and for how long ,also how do you justify doing it!

Can’t really warranty a housewash. I’ve had exactly one person ask, so I asked her if the car wash gives her a warranty when she gets that done.
Generally I won’t pull any smart ass comments on potential customers, but she was being evasive with information and just all around shifty from our first email to our last phone call.
Roofs are slightly different. I will go back and spot treat but I already built that potential into the bid. Now… People will always ask how long until the house needs to be washed again. I’d love to tell them every year but that really doesn’t fly up here. I just tell them to call when the mold comes back.
ok cause I had another pw company give a potential customer a 5 year guarantee on a rust removal job,i kinda thought that was different or is it just me?
That’s ludicrous. A 5 year guarantee that no more rust stains will appear?
