This is a friends business, barn roof, factory white metal, 13 yrs old never been cleaned, needs it bad. Only thing I could do is xjet he already has some rust on the red . I told him I could maybe test a piece in the back.

Tell him to call a contractor that pressure washes and sprays that rubber coating on it. Metal roofs start leaking about the time the color wears out.
Keep the friendship and walk away.
We have a local company here that washes and rubber coats farm stable barn roofs. They must be cheap because I know a few farmers locally have had it done to some pretty run down buildings.
