Hey guys I was washing a house today, and the homeowner asked me if I could clean his vinyl Fence as well. I ran across this stain on it, and wanted to know what it was and how I could clean it. Thank you guys very much
Hard to tell what it is but oxalic acid.may do the trick.
just a stage of mold, mildew hit with 6%-12.5% & rinse
Once you cleaned it we recommend applying a commercial coat of PURETi. PURETi is a titanium dioxide nano coating that lasts 2+ years. It lasts 3-5 but you don’t want to guarantee performance that long as you’d like to come back and do a service. You can charge $0.10 per square foot for any already cleaned surface applied at the rate of 3800 sqft/gallon. Externally you can treat any surface including windows, bricks, sidewalks, pavers, patio furniture, awnings, vinyl siding, wood decks, solar panels, tanks, towers, and trailers. Internally you can treat windows and any surface that is exposed to UVA light.
PURETi does two things. First, it modifies the surface so soils don’t stick. Windows are easier to clean and you can just wipe with a microfiber and water for daily cleaning. Second, it is a photocatalyst so it destroys any organic material that comes in contact with the surface when exposed to UVA. That means “green stuff” won’t grow on the surface outside on surfaces (patio furniture, siding, etc). It also means that it removes pollution from both inside and outside. Inside you get better Indoor Air Quality. Outside, for every 1000 sq/ft of you remove the equivalent pollution for 2 cars. A homeowner that has PURETi applied to the outside of their house can claim the have eliminated the pollution from their 2+ cars.
Pureti is also good on salads. Sprinkle liberally over stews, roasts and goat meat to accentuate the hidden flavors. Many have found great success using it as a fuel additive. After only 2 uses most report a fuel mileage hain of almost .0901 mpg.

I like to soak my balls in it. Pureti keeps the ITCH away…sunglasses:
i upped the dose of oxylic acid and didnt even budge it.
It’s titanium dioxide but not sure it’s food safe. There is no flavor so not sure about the sprinkling. Definitely not a fuel additive as it’s not combustible. It’s a metal oxide meaning if you can get it to melt you will be coating the combustion chamber. Not sure it would act like a lubricant.
Would only work on your balls if you don’t wear clothes or stick a UVA light in your pants. It does oxidize anything organic though. If you put it on your sunglasses it will work though as it’s a surface modifier. That means that soils won’t bond to the surface well and can easily be removed.
How did the fence cleaning end up? Did it require agitation beyond a pressure wash and chemistry? When you were done was the vinyl stained?
It is also useful as a hair shampoo and laxative for salamanders
not sure about the shampoo as it won’t cut grease as quickly as you might produce it. probably not going to work on the salamander. remember it needs UVA (i.e. sunlight). The engineer did try coating the area between his mouth and nostrils as he thought it would help him avoid colds and allergies. Not sure if he ever did a real study on that though. It will definitely keep green organics from growing on vinyl, brick, concrete, etc though. PURETi was used on a one million square foot college in L.A. on the outside of the building (windows, roofing, walls) at $0.70 sq ft (including cleaning and coating).
Looks like mold to me. I’d just use a mold killer and pressure wash it to clean it a bit first.
