Vinegar vs bleach?

Sorry I know, but this is just bugging me.

Bleach just kills organics on the surface, we know that. Vinegar gets into pores and is proven to work better. Aside from the smell, could white cleaning vinegar be used instead if bleach isn’t an option? Anyone tried this?

Bonus, vinegar is $2/gal, probably less in bulk.

Heck throw some olives in there.

It would be much more expensive because you’d have to use it undiluted.

It’s also acidic, so that would wreck natural stone and not be great for the binders in concrete.

I think you should buy a couple of gallons and next house you do that’s pretty dirty, drop your ds tube in and try it out. Report back to us. Vinegar will kill some of it, not sure how much, especially if diluted 18-1

Ah, gotcha, makes sense. Interesting about the limestone too, we do have a ton of it here.

This is what happens when you’re not working and discover your room air conditioner has mold on it, and read up on how to clean it.

4% should handle that
