Unrecognized Stain

Hey all, I went to quote the alpha side of a commercial building, it’s a building on a community college campus. There is some mildew and other fun colors on the walls. I can’t figure out what the red-brown color is. I thought maybe rust, but it appears in random places. Maybe it is from the trees? Anyways, maybe someone can weigh in on it and help me figure if I need special chems to remove it. Thanks in advance.

Spray it with SH. If it changes color (lightens) it’s organic. It’s an easy way to figure out how to clean it.

That’s a good call. My plan was to just wash the building as normal and see what comes off and what doesn’t. Just wanted to get ahead of it if anyone had seen before. Thanks for the reply!

Its organic. SH will remove it

I appreciate the input guys.

Go to eachochem.com and check out a product called one restore does really good on a lot of different stains

See that alot here in fl. I use a pump up sprayer with a hotter mix for the orange goop and it comes right off. Thought it was rust first time I saw it but it’s just some unholy stubborn algea
