@Innocentbystander the numbers stack up witch ever way you look at it gross or net. You can have 13hp at 3600rpm with nothing bolted to it or you can have 11hp at 3600rpm with a pump attached to it. It’s all factual information available prior to purchasing it, I’m not sure where the lies are, it’s more to do with the consumer not knowing the difference between gross and net.
