Cleaned both nozzles thoroughly and verified flow, feels unbalanced and still vibrates a lot.
Could the bar be bent somehow? Looks straight to me.
And yes I did a search.
It is still probably one of the nozzles.

It takes a lot to bend the bar. Actually, I’ve never bent one. Spindle on swivel snaps before that will happen. Probably still the nozzles. Stick some new ones in there and try it. They wear out quickly.

Thanks guys, I flipped it over and held the bar with my boot, one nozzle was totally plugged. I absolutely cleaned it out the day before, guess something got caught again. My wife figured out a staple would fit.
On a side note, ever since I switched to 25025’s, the cleaner doesn’t ‘float’ as well with the reduced force, especially with 200’ of hose. Should I just put the 2502’s back on?

Next time you clean nozzles , make sure to flush the bar before putting the nozzles back in.

4/4 direct drive.
I bent the bar going over the corner of a concrete porch. I swear it cleaned better after that.

Reinstall the originals? I was getting some striping with them, switched to the 25025’s.
If they’re working good don’t change them

Ir’s a toss-up. Striping but effective with the 2502’s, no stripes but doesn’t float well with 25025’s.
It’s trying to tell me I need a bigger machine lol.
