This is hands down The most elaborate I have ever seen. I like everything except for the fact that they don’t have it set up to pull soap with the P40 pump. New Custom Trailer Build by Midwest Washing Equipment - YouTube
It’s ok, but I would need at least 5 soap tanks
A fool and his money…
How much are they asking?
Obligatory
$36,000
I was thinking $25-30k.
The video said you could run a 3-4 man crew with that trailer. While that might be true, I’m trying to picture scenarios where that’d be efficient and wasn’t coming up with many.
That trailer is a rolling money pit. It is not set up to wash any one thing efficiently. No way more than two people could work off of it
It doesn’t have two cold water machines or two hot water machines. You could do a roof and concrete at the same time. It will be for sale Fall of 2022 for sure. It seems to me like a new guy with little experience asked for all that stuff.
This trailer is what happens when your ideas of what to sell customers bottlenecks, you throw the catalogue at it.
My issue is the surface cleaners being on top. Who wants to spend 10 minutes and risking having it fall down on you taking it down and putting it up each time? And why did they use hot boxes over a hot skid? Seems to be a waste of space.
I am curious though what you find so inefficient about it? It looks like everything is mostly accessible other than the surface cleaners. Asking because I’m going to be transitioning to a flatbed soon, and I don’t want to drill and bolt needlessly. This build looks like most others I’ve seen, so I must be missing something.
It’s also a window washing setup, so i can see 4 people working off it. Whether it’s efficient, no idea.
