Ugh ,gotta buy new hose again

@dperez…You’re killing me dude. Lol. I gotta come buy you lunch n labor for you a day man. Can’t wrap my head around you’re mad method brother. I gotta know! Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy 3 stepping. But the different pre treats I deal with are bad in the wrong hands of my helpers.

I priced my local shop. 500 for 200’ and they couldn’t even tell me if it was marking or not.

1.5 years and a few 100 homes so I’m happy with it. I’ve had success with Northern Tool hoses as well

I don’t have a “local hydraulic shop”. Suggestions on where I can order a 225’ single wire gray hose for a reasonable price?

@squidskc, @Innocentbystander

Finally blew a hole in the end of my hose yesterday; put a reusable repair fitting on it, but I know that’s only a temporary fix.

Have you tried Pressuretek or Dultmeier? Those are usually my first two stops.

Longest hoses I could find on either site were 150’

I have 100 foot sections of Suttner single wire from PressureTek. Doesn’t come with qc. White writing on the hose…good price…it’s lasted me a year through some rough landscapes

I ordered from jgb hose on the recommendation of @florida_condo_cleani in another thread and I’m pleased. 200’ for 197. Single wire eagle wash I. You have to email or call to order. Any length available

I’ll call Dultmeier when I get on the road at 8:00. They can get stuff not in their catalog. They’ve done it for me a couple times. If they can get it I’ll send you the price. If you like it give me the go ahead and your address, I’ll just have them ship and put it on my account and we can figure out the payment or some kind of cool trade over the next 30 days. That’s my final offer.

Very generous offer, but I’ll call them myself. I’ve already got an account with them.

Perfect. Wasn’t sure if you’d used them way out in VT. I figured you probably had an account with a window cleaning supply company and my kid brother gets home from college in a few weeks. I need to get him all set up with proper gear since he’ll have 1000 post it notes to start putting on store fronts.

My parents told him full time job or he’s the new housekeeper/dog nanny. So I got him for commission only. Ha! (I’ll probably just end up giving him money all summer.)

Anyway, I’ll just call WCR. I just figured it’d be easier to trade you the hose for window cleaning stuff. Haha

Oh. I’d also check Kleen Rite. I got a magazine called pressure wash news or something the other day and it also had a kleen rite catalog in it. A cursory glance said that they’re pretty reasonable

I have used this one from pressure tek
https://pressuretek.com/goodyear-continental-4000-psi-hose-blue/

It is 200’ though I often wish I had another 25-50 feet. I have gotten 4 years out of it though.

Just put a 25 foot section on the end. Use that section from your gun. To uncouple that and wrap it on without it connected isn’t so bad. It’s when people start tying together 50 foot and 100 foot sections on a reel.

That is horrible hose. Smooth skin, marks and is, well, junk

It’s decent hose . As long as your expectations are for decent hose and not Goodyear hose . You’ll be happy with it
