It’s time to order an 8@3500 cold water machine and I’m a little confused. I was going to order a pressure pro with the honda and a general tsf2021 but the guys at the power wash store have the honda setup with a udor gkc 30/24 for basically the same price. I’ve got no experience with the udor pumps, but what I’ve read tells me they might be a little more durable? Which would you guys buy if it were your money?
Jason, I got a Udor 5.5 gear driven and put it on my Honda GX390, and I absolutely LOVE it! If you want to check it out, just give me a call and I’ll run it down to you to look at.
JohnT and a couple of other guys on here really pushed me over edge when I got it, and I’m so glad they did! There’s an older thread on here that I’ll send you (if I can find it) where JohnT talks about Udor’s awesome customer service.

Most of my pumps are GP pumps but my 10.5gpm pump is a UDOR. If you were to open up side by side a UDOR pump & a GP pump you will see the UDOR pump is a much more solid pump with larger gearing etc which makes it more Durable. I also had @ one time a 11gpm @4800 psi UDOR pump that was valued about 4g. This pump was so solid it weighed over a 100lbs and you couldn’t destroy it if you wanted to.
So for the same price I would take a UDOR over a GP pump everytime.
