So I have replaced the hose and checked air leaks…same result… there is link with video you can hear the sound when you use a long range tip …

Google won’t let me view the link. Says I need permission.
Try again. Just permitted
Put a different gun on it. And see what happens. What tip are you using? Does it do it with all the tips or just that one.
With any . This is long range for soft washing … when put 40 or 25 same thing but when use this one it makes more loud … so I used like example
Is the pump vibrating or just the gun
Same issue with my 8gpm feel very strong psi w jrod and Blackmon shooter tip. Changed gun , running same hose length as old machine. Squeezing the trigger slowly and still has a stiff kickback
Pump fell stable it starts after unloader. For past 100 hours of work this machine blew 2 unloaders.
Can you put a inline gauge just curious what psi you are getting after unloader
So my story… I just visited a store … they said that something wrong for sure with pump, they checked the check valves - those are good. They said that it probably seals have to be replaced . There is just 106 hours on this pump and already blown 2 unloaders. Also they said that pump is not covered under warranty.
How much psi guts do you got out of this pump?
I got 2100 psi with yellow tip - 15 that came with pump
I have the same pump. I get around 3500 Psi but that’s what I have my unloaded set to.
As far as it being listed for electric power requirements I think udor lists this pump for electric power because of the target rpm, they have the same pump in another section of their catalogue with a gear reduction drive attached which is listed for gas powered.
The pump didn’t blow the unloaders. If you have gone thru two unloaders and messed up an udor then you have an air leak and/or sand/silt getting in the pump and the unloader shutter valve
