Two-Step Gun In Action

From what I can see, powerwash store sells everything to make this. Do they have a link to buy it? How much is it assembled?

$1300

It’s not something you can just buy on the website. If you’re interested I can put you in touch with my guy at PowerWashStore and he’ll set you up. Or you can probably just call them and tell them you’re interested.

Sorry, no way I want to 3 step I am the TRUE two stepper. Rinsing IS a step you know! I can get them very clean with just my high alkaline soap. And I could push soap up to 3,500 psi but we work long long days 6 days a week so I’ve found the best gpm and psi for endurance without sacrificing clean. We run 4.7 - 4.8 and 1,900 at the gun.

When I wash it’s like this… The%20Matrix

No way in hell could I do that with a steel lance, 3/8" hose, a bucket worth of fittings on the end of my gun while dragging around two 1/4 hose AND a vacumm hose…come on now. I’m in and out of those trucks like a boss.

Haha I bet man. I’d love to see how it all works. There’s so little info floating around about upstreaming. All I can find is this kit.

I have no doubt you run faster than me. My setup is working fine for me right now but I’m always looking for ways to make things easier and quicker!

Isn’t that mini ball valve only rated for like 300 psi? Surprised they used it for that application. Looks like it’s working, anyhow.

Lol. All in good fun gentleman, My hats off,I got nothing but respect for both ya’ll.

I am going to try and make this. I believe my local shop has the dual DS Injector, that is the hardest piece to find.

You might be having trouble finding it because you need to be looking for a 1/4" L port 3 way ball valve not a dual DS injector

I think you need to flop out a parts list on here @dperez of your set up. Just saying. :joy::joy:

And while I’m wishing. The phone # of your soap pimp.

What soap are you looking for? If it’s just your high alkaline fleet wash soap I just got 4k lbs in two days ago. You would get my bulk price on it. Harrison was curious about running it and I was going to look into shipping him out a 50lb box but then the shoe dropped over here and it’s been go time over here ever since. Lost a few generators, been training some new guys, added two more sizable accounts in Houston and been house shopping with the wife in all my “free time”.

You sound very busy my friend. I have high ph soaps. Thought you were upstreaming lower ph ,like around 8 or 10. My understanding on upstreaming was to use lower ph because your applying it at high pressure @dperez.

I’m around 7 hrs away from you . I’ll just pick it up alone with Harrisons order. Then I might get a chance to see your upstreaming set up in action

Sorry I haven’t been to sleep and just got into town. You’re right I didn’t mean to type high. The PH on my truck soap is 9 I believe. I’ll have to find out for sure though. I put in a call and I’ll update you when I hear back.

@Hotshot

No biggie man. Rest up,I’ll leave ya be.

Wonder what injector that is?

@HydroBlast It’s a General Pump. You see the ridge that they left after machining the threads on the outlet?

It has to be an adams injector or similar with a 1/4" brass thread. Regular ds injectors have like a 1/4" compression thread or something like that and don’t work.

Doh I forgot about that
