Just trying to figure out what fittings to get for my TSS2021 and ZK1 unloader. I read that they both use BSTP threads, but I see no pressure washing stores actually selling fittings that aren’t NPT.
Are the fittings compatible? I have read they absolutely aren’t.
Are the ZK1’s and General Pump pump’s sold with NPT threads on the US market?
I see guys screw quick connects right into the outbound on the GPs so I’m guessing they must be NPT?

They are close enough that with tape, dope, or loctite it’s fine.
My first ZK1 needed adapters. I got my last one from Southside Equipment & it just needed quick connect fittings slapped on. Get it from Southside.
They sell a 1/2” and 3/8” version is that what you are talking about with adapters? Or did you get a NPT threaded version?
Haven’t bought one yet. I’m currently on a VRT3 so want to transition from VRT3 to ZK1 (want to try DS with WaterBoss with my 8GPM).
As mentioned just call Southside (Russ) and he’ll hook you up. I’m lucky enough to live 20 minutes from his shop. You’ll LOVE the K1 unloader.
