Trying to wash a shed....downstream isn't pulling soap!

Wth am I doing wrong ??

Need more details. Several reasons why an injector won’t pull.

The injector relies on a pressure differential (before vs after the small orifice in the injector) in order to generate a vacuum that sucks in the soap.

You need low pressure tips for that differential to happen. You can also disrupt the balance if you have other restrictions, like too much pressure hose.

Injectors wear out over time. The orifice corrodes and becomes bigger, until the differential is not enough to cause a vacuum.

The injector could be installed backwards. There should be an arrow to indicate direction of flow.

Take the top off the injectiors where the soap hose attaches at, remove the spring, take a nail or something small and push down kinds firmly. Sometimes the tiny ball in there can become lodged in there not allowing it to pull. A rebuild kid is a great spare part to carry, or even another DS system. They’re cheap enough to have multiples of.

#1, is it the right injector for your gpm?
#2 do you have thread tape on the connectors so is not pulling air?
#3 is everything screwed tightly together?

I had a similar problem awhile back with add new injector and adding the thread tape and tightening tightly with a wrench fixed it

My cheap little 3200psi simpson has the injectorbuilt onto the pump…the issue was a small piece of metal lodged into the nozzle…assuming that was causing too much pressure for the suction…thanks for the feedback…shed looks new now  home owner satisfied and wants house, pool cage, and garage done now

How long does it take you to clean a 2000sf two-story home with that? And do you use a surface cleaner for your flat work?

Lmao hmmmm haven’t done a 2000sf 2 story with it…but once I get that call ,I will invest before hand
I used a 30second house wash from lowes today and mixed with half chlorine and added some dawn… soaked a few hundred ft section at a time and let soak for 10-15 mins…worked fairly well considering i am using shitty equipment …will be getting elemonator before next house
I have a briggs and Stratton surface cleaner that works pretty good…dont pick on me lol I’m working my way up the chain

So the house wash didn’t work too well —huh ?

No it did…everything is clean…i can’t vouch for any other house washes and if they work better or not…i have seen alot of good talk about elemonator and want to try it to see if it’s better

Just remember–it’s an additive.

Meaning ?

And you know nothing about it. PM me your address and I’ll send you a jug so you can figure out what you’re missing.

Send your info to tim@sign2day.com

I’ll send over some eLemonator.

What else do you need?

Hint; Follow the directions on the eLemonator bottle. Measure your soap and don’t over do it. More is not better.

He wrote above " I used a 30second house wash from lowes today and mixed with half chlorine and added some dawn"
Appears he mixed his house wash / bleach mix 50/50 . Thus leading to the comment “remember–it’s an additive”

What’s scary is most of these new guys operate without liability insurance, and then all this stuff floating around the internet about these miracle house wash additives. #mixedwrong —#scaryoutcomes

I have 2 mil insurance…
.is this too much bleach ? I am back today at this house and shed…everything looks great…scum on Windows tho …washing them off now …i don’t claim to know it all by any means, I am learning, asking questions, and trying new things,

What’s more frightening to me is the uneducated giving out bad advice.
