The brass plug on the end ,has an allen head mpt screw that goes inside it. It was leaking pretty good.

Thermal relief should not drip start machine turn till it stops it was probably dripping because it was making hot water when you are not on the trigger

Yes has a rupture disc. You should run a small jumper hose to a place where you will notice it

Be a good idea to keep a handful of spare rupture discs around and one or two full thermal relief valves. Eventually they all corrode and get stuck open or closed. Sometimes you can clean them up and get by but eventually it will just do it again.

Thank you so much @Firefighter4hire. Do y’all realize how much time on the phone with vendor, Possibly taking it 3 hrs away to the PW shop and drop it off for days , unloading it ,Stupid warranty crap and loss of washing time. This place is the Shangri-la !!!

This is a pressure relief valve. That’s also quite the hot spot you have there. It’s leaking heat there pretty bad.
