I thought the same thing lol.
But just wait till you get 55 gallons sitting around at your disposal, You’ll come up with all sorts of concoctions, and before you know it, its gone, or close to being gone, Then the night sweats start. and your on speed dial to Chad.

What are you guys looking at as far as a price sheet? Do you have to call them up on everything. I’m just imaging a price structure that is different for everybody like Sherman Williams

Nah , I just text ,and it shows up at a freight dock days later.

No I meant how do you see their pricing on all the various chems

You don’t, Unless you set up an account. they don’t advertise pricing on the interwebs, and they don’t sell outta the parking lot to Harry or Joe what’s its nuts.

I only have half of one account that I’d ever two step but their tractors are hammered every two weeks. I get them really clean but it takes me over 2.5 gallons of soap on each piece which is fine but I hate the time I have to spend on them

The 2 step gun is a bulky pain , but you can upstream acids and soaps with low chem usage. That’s the magic. its pretty impressive and instant.
There is a video on the YouTube’s, and it’s on here as well about a homemade 2 step gun. But it really isn’t. if you watch it you’ll notice he’s using a trombone nozzle to low pressure downstream his chems. That not a 2 step gun. Hes just pulling chems from vac tubes off his gun and not thru his high pressure line back at the machine. Big woop.Saves a little chems, but not really if you know where to shoot them to not waste chems. And he doesn’t go back to trailer to switch over, big woop. A remote does the same for that.

Then if you’re only doing a few, I’d just DS the Acid and upstream your own chems @dperez.

I’m going trying to figure out upstreaming and your thinking about toying with DS.
Knock it of, your confusing me.

Just have to add to my never ending list of projects

Only thing is , our #2 chems are a higher ph than yours, because of downstreaming, I ain’t telling you nothing you don’t already know, just reminding.

So are you saying that gadget pulses soap in your high pressure line to gun after the pump ? @dperez

If your typing, I’m tired and goodnight, I’m gonna freak out man. Lol

Are you serious!!!
So I can ditch the thought of upstreaming my soaps and downstreaming my acids and just buy a good HP pump and that gadget and upstream everything after the pump !!! ?
What’s the downside, theres always a downside

Maybe.
Here is my conundrum, I gotta use 2 chems to get it super clean, but I can’t upstream acid through my pump or any pump, Soap I can. So I was gonna upstream soap and DS my acids. Upstreaming everything will definitely get all my chems working better and faster. So if I purchase a HP pump with that HP pulse thing, I can upstream everything after the pump.

So it is downstreaming at low pressure ? Then I’m out. I wanna upstream everything under high pressure like you. But I can’t with acid. That’s were the 2 step heavy gun comes back into play
