Take it. You don’t see him just throwing them around like Mardi gras beads ,do ya. ![]()
Do I really not compliment?
Sean you’re looking quite dapper today…there
Are those other sites or something?
Franchised fleet wash companies
I’ve went to work for all of them to scope them out
I took my brother in laws rig 3 years ago and paid to have it washed at our only competition an hour1/2 away
. they got 2 wash bays. CAMPOS
Yeah out in Bono I know the place
You Googled it. Lol
I sure did lol I like their lil setup man
$12 if you want the acid though
I try to stay right around there prices. I’m higher on the truck flat bed washes etc, but you’re right, I’m a little lower on an acid shine on aluminium trailers, rims etc. I don’t do Rain-x ,Cant find it anywhere, I do cheater wax. But we do citri shine .
You can’t find it because the are actually using the off brand Rain ex
Do you have any favorites ? I’ve been trying stuff to mimic Rain-x with no luck
No I don’t it’s not needed. My glass look great with my all around soap. Now if you want to talk about the insides of the glass they look like poo on some accounts but you won’t catch me inside a cab ever
Very rare if we go in for a full detail, they have to bring it to shop and get it polished out before I’ll clean and deionize the living quarters. Im just wanting to mimic the longevity of the beading affect of Rain-X.
I often run across a few trucks that have very hydrophobic glass. I’ve always wondered what product was used on it because I can not get it off. I’ll look into it
I think it was contaminated with silicone oil from the engine bay
@Hotshot. This will be my first winter washing. Any recommendation on cold gear that works? So much on the market and they all claim warm and waterproof below a certain temperature.
Snivel gear is my thing. I always told my guys to wear as little snivel gear as possible and let your body acclimate to the weather and only put on extra snivel gear when needed. If your body is used to wearing everything below at 40° it will not help you when it is 10°
Under armour 2.0 base layer - compression fit
A silk weight over that (in the army we called it our ninja suit) - looser fitting
Long sleeve cotton shirt over that
A cold weather coat system
And then a pvc wet weather pants and coat
I’ll get some links for stuff when I am moving around and have my 5 cups of coffee
