Wow I finally finished this topic, There was a lot of great info in here. So I think ill try my hand in the side of the business. On the pulse pumps can you shut the metering valve off and not damage the pulse pump?

New client and I’m sure their trucks weren’t cleaned since March of last year.

Your diggin that HF ain’t ya  .
Looks nice George.

Love that HF! Makes my life so much easier.

Gonna get me some Counterpunch and Panda for some polished rigs. Don’t have any just yet but I’d love to have some on hand just for a demo. Gonna probably get two or three 5 gallon jugs just to have it.

That new shop of yours is pretty damn amazing! Are you going to polish in there as well?

You’ll hate it lol. I make most my bank washing high dollar rigs but I love going out and slinging Hf and Dyna, Makes for a super easy day. SOP soaps are trickier and ya gotta use more of it.

what are you using to wash like this. Machine, process, and soaps(chemicals)? I currently have a fleet of 38 53’ dry van trailers and 14 semi sleeper trucks I am washing twice a month but I currently use zep truck and trailer wash we brush everything but want to do this in half time usually takes 30min per trailer. thank you

Yes sir thats the plan ,2 bays for wash rig parking, 1 bay for tools etc, 1 bay to dedicate for polishing. im moving everything in this week hopefully, The washing this weekend is done thank goodness …

30 minutes a trailer would suck. I believe we did our 53’ trailer today in ~10 minutes or so and no brushing
