Got some soap for the spring cleanings. 3 degreasers and 10 acid/soap for 550 gallons total.

@Hotshot you get that gun working? I wonder how often that happens with a Hydro-Chem gun.
I was wondering the same thing @Hotshot. You figure out what’s wrong with your laser shooter?
Injector plugged up with grit, fyi use a strainer basket on your chem tubes if ya get this gun and check valve’s that i think you got already. It doesn’t take much to plug it up, old ds gp high draw would suck a boulder through with no problems, this gun doesn’t like that lol and is a pita to disassemble all the fittins. We back to being 2 step gunners tomorrow. Let the fellas rest up today and went out by myself to do a couple getter clean 2 sell trucks, took 4 damn hrs with my whole arsenal of chems.

Another thing George, don’t listen to them knuckle heads about adding hydro sheen to a full 55 gallon drum of soap unless your gonna use it in a day or 2 , the grizz will eat the hydro sheen up over time. Just batch mix it in with your daily use in your trailer chem tanks.

Hey fellas I’m sure its common knowledge but I just thought I would share today I was cleaning so equipment and my burner started to blow white smoke. It was running had voltage pressure switch was fine. Then I saw the filter collapse. Easy fix I just cracked the capped on the tank and kept on washing. I guess it was air locking sometimes the easiest simplest fix is the right one

I had the same exact problem @Firefighter4hire, started at 2 months old. Grump says them caps have a charcoal breather lining in there i believe, chuck it and getta new one.
It was my fault you should only tighten it till it clicks one time like a dummy i tighten the heck out of it the other day. I remember doing it as soon as I realized the problem

Yeah, im just cracking mine open every time, its sucks when ya forget to tighten it back up. PP site is frickin usless, how can anybody order off that mess is beyond me.

Just shoot me the number I’ll order one, i only need the diesel cap. Gas cap has no issues, but ill just order both. Thanks for the heads up post man. I keep forgetting to do this.
