I found a Ford truck forum that was talking about a company that comes to you and welds something in the heads for $800. If it comes to that I’ll probably spend the $800. People were raving about them.
I have an 04 4.7 and had to rebuild engine due to oil pump failure without warning. Can’t use it to pull my trailer so bought this 2500 cummins.
Would be worth the $800, that’s much cheaper than replacing the heads
