Alright, I’ve researched and have not seen anyone using plastic pallets for a truck skid. That may be because it’s a bad idea🙂 I’ve seen @SchertzServicesLLC and @Alabama trucks and they look great. I currently pull a trailer and have been for the past two years. Appreciate all the feedback from @squidskc when I was setting that up. In my area, it would be much easier to have everything set up in the truck. Currently running a Honda 8 GPM
Before anyone says it…I know it’s a F150 and I need a bigger truck😂My daily is a Tundra so don’t beat me up too bad. Plan on airbags and not hauling water.
I did that when I first started in the back of my 1992 Nissan hardbody pickup. Ahh, good memories rolling around in that little 4 cylinder… We have water tanks on our trucks now so we just anchor into the truck bed, but I had no issues using the pallet.
It didn’t send me a notification that you tagged me? Weird! It ban be done I guess! But you’ll need super long forks to reach both at the same time. It wouldn’t be super sturdy mounting much of a vertical frame to.
Yea I thought you guys were slow to respond😂 I appreciate all the feedback. I may of found a guy who can weld me up a frame with shelves on both sides.
Unfortunately jokes are about all I have. I’m a handy guy to have around if you get shot, or need to put a bullet in something a longgggg way away… otherwise I’m a big nerd who thinks he’s funnier than he is.
@ExpertPowerWash His skids look nice. Have you looked into wash skids? Those look really nice too and even have storage. I have a skid from pws and love not hauling a trailer around but man am I cramped for space. And I have an 8 foot bed and a crew cab and I still run out of storage.
