What percentage are you all soft washing treks decking at? And how long are you letting it dwell for?

First gen Trex or newer? You really need to look at manufacturer recommendations on composite decking. They are all different depending on manufacturer and if there is problems later warranty can be voided on the homeowner if you clean incorrectly.

Also show a picture if you can to show how dirty it is.

Thank you. The recommendation to find the generation and cleaning guidelines from the manufacturer (which i now know i was spelling wrong) was more than enough information for me to figure it out. Thank you for all your help. And i will take pictures next time. Have a good weekend everyone.
