Putting a quote together for a whole house cleaning package on a high end lake home. I have several surfaces with tree sap. At what temperature or pressure will the sealer start to fail on this stamped concrete driveway. Plan is to pretreat with 1% then use 120 degree water with surface cleaner, then touch up with wand if sap does not lift. Also have sap on deck boards, pt with a semitransparent stain, Will using 120 degree water have a negative impact on wood stain. Any insights would be helpful in setting customer expectations. Found a few tidbits of info here about using heat and degreasers but worried about hurting the sealer on driveway?
