Not too many big pine trees around here, but some of you guys must run into this! How do you clean this gunk?
I’d say hot water and some fleet chemical used for bugs and tar? I’d test a spot with it. I’ve bookmarked this though so I can refer back when someone with more experience weighs in.

Degreaser and hot water. Maybe just degreaser if its fresh. Treat it like gum…its the same but nastier. I see tons of pine sap in my area. I dont have hot water and usually spray straight citrus degreaser on each spot or the area with a pump sprayer. 15 min dwell or as long as possible without it drying. Then surface cleaner. The sap itself might take a turbo nozzle. If that doesn’t work then u need hot water.
