For the stone it’s grouted, hitting with a 1% sh pump sprayer in sections.
For the flagstone it’s super soft, should I do 1% and just rinse? Low pressure it can handle maybe 1000psi
Stairs appear to be colored or stamped so color is most likely fading and patchy?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Will seal stone later on.
So nice of you to join the forum. Thanks for coming here and posting your questions on doing this job. The stairs look like tile, the flagstone is flagstone, and the other looks like 1x1 tile as well. So what are you doing, cleaning the tile and grout for sealing? Just cleaning it? Nothing is going to make worn tile look good. Lower pressure is always a good place to start. As always, test in an inconspicuous area before blasting an area with bleach. Maybe mix up some spray bottles and test mixes up in inconspicuous areas on each surface and then devise the rest of your game plan. It is always better to test first. You could surface clean it with reduced pressure as well. You could soft wash it too. Where is all the water going? That is going to kill grass, so either treat or recover.
