I like this little base plate they have. Don’t have it, but wish I did now that I’ve seen it.
I have the 5" like above.

Do they make a 1 1/2" one? I didn’t see one.
Don’t think so in the Blue Top
With 2 machines plumbed to the same buffer can you use one filter?
Like split them afterwards?
If you were to ever use both at same time, might have flow issues. I personally wouldn’t.
Yeah I’m just being a cheap ass
I’m trying to get a list together for all my plumbing stuff. Running the 2 machines 8.5gpm and 6gpm is there a minimum size outlet from the tank? 2 inch?
I also have room where I can nave a separate bulkhead for each
If you’re going to be running at same time a 2 inch. Running separate bulkheads I’d say at least a 1" and 1.5".
Is that last picture a kit?
It’s part of a kit. You can buy all the pieces if you need them.
The 3/4” mpt x 1 1/2” barb is 5049
The 1 1/2” hose barbs are HB2424P. You need three.
Sometimes you just can’t get around needing a 90. That is HB2424P.90
The 1 1/2” non-collapsible suction hose is a higher grade, thicker walled hose than hose I have seen offered elsewhere and is sold by the foot or 50’ piece AGC24.
Buy your own stainless steel hose clamps.
The 1 1/2” bulkhead is BH24
I can make the hose assembly to allow you to wash your hands and clean the filter using either a piece of 3/4” or 1” piece of hose. I prefer using Flex Tech RT.
Install a threaded ball valve at the end hose. You can buy it from Pressure Washer Products or the hardware store.
The pieces (except for the short red hose/valve) are included as part of the Plumb-8 kit. The kit includes a 50’ 1/2” high pressure R2 hose 1/2” mpt x 3/8” mpt, a 12’ 1/2” high pressure R2 jump hose or cut to your custom length, 10’ 1 1/2” non-collapsible suction hose, bulkhead or 2” camlock with reducing bushing, three 1 1/2” SCH 80 PVC hose barbs, 12-15’ 1/2” Spiralite yellow Ag for bypass hose, bulkhead and two brass barbs for bypass connection and installation, six stainless steel hose clamps, the 1 1/2” Y-Strainer and the 3/4” mpt x 1 1/2” brass hose barb
your shipping charges are quite inflated. $19 for three plastic hose barbs, really?
Thank you. You may not know that we are re-working our entire site. We are a small, Family-owned company that prides ourselves in keeping prices low while maintaining high levels of customer service. There are notes explaining the shipping calculator problem.
You also purchased more than barbs. We appreciate that you added 1.5” suction hose to connect to the barbs. That’s why shipping is more than just for three big barbs. A flat box is required to safely ship the hose to you. We try to coil it as small as possible without distorting the product. We are always trying to save you money.
We understand and it’s tough to explain that message when you are shopping. Fortunately, most of our customers are earned through referrals. We refund shipping frequently and are one on the few companies that uses USPS priority shipping whenever feasible.
We are extremely grateful for our incredible customers whom continue to support us and continue to refer new customers. We are are taking this opportunity to update the broken and inadequate web store. We are relaunching in the next month.
If there is an overage, we refund you. We are consumers JUST LIKE YOU.
Justin!!! I’m loving your stack!!! Loving it!!! Incredible job!! It’s nice not having to bend waaaay down to reel the bottom reel, right?
Lori…Thanks for all your help great custom service my two battery slide right under the whole setup worked real nice
We use the whisper wash 28" - 3 bar. I use an AR pump pushing 6 GPM at 3600 PSI. The walk is not slow, but it’s not particularly fast either. It’s about like a leisurely walk if you took grandma to the mall. Make sure you match your tips to your pump also. For my 3 bar spinner I put 2 gallon tips on to add up to the 6 GPM pump. Some people say that if you undersize the tips a little you can get better pressure out of them, but why risk burning up your pump? With everything set up correctly, any 5+GPM pump should be able to accomplish what you’re asking of it.
Do you have any pictures of that bar? I don’t completely understand 3 tips.
Thanks for the reply
It’s on a single swivel. Each bar extends out from the swivel and has it’s
own 25 degree 2 gallon tip. I’ve found these units to be extremely
effective at not leaving lines. I’d prefer something cog or belt driven so
I could angle the tips straight down, but for a walk behind, having the
extra tip really seems to help out.
