Took my mom out to the new place today to show her around. Ended up putting her to work cause the dang trees were producing so much fruit… we messed up and should have been keeping eye in them, but some branches ended up breaking. It is what it is, the amount of pears, persimmons, and apples we dropped today was incredible.
But we did check cameras, finally a few boy deer. Not the studs we want but the first decent deer on camera is exciting.

I’ll buy all the persimmons you send me. Coons get them around here before they are ripe

@SchertzServicesLLC. Yes he will… good thing is the club that hunts the 4k acres around us certainly wont shoot it unless its a mistake.
@Innocentbystander if i end up getting back down there i will let you know. I have no way of guessing accurately, but if we didnt get 600+ peice of fruit of them trees today we didnt get a single one… (EDIT… it was way more after looking at pic again. All 8 or 9 trees looked like that at the ground)one tree is pretty bad off, 4 of the main branches 1.5” or so dia completely snaped and then other trees were luckily very few major larger branches. We need tonlearn how to prune the trees properly… hate seeing 10-15 yr old trees getting that damaged. Mother nature won this attack.
I cud have sent you buckets full. Baby is due beginning of Oct. prolly wont/feel comfortable being that far away as we closer, ill let you know thoughz
