Tough gutters, am I doing wrong?

I did this stucco house today. More about gutter exterior. They were extremely dirty. Downstreamed three times and managed to clean the first story area, but not the second story area. Ended up xjeting 3% to clean the second story area, but still not happy about the result. Not as clean as the first floor area, and not as clean as the vinyl houses I washed.
Am I doing that wrong?

Pump spray a 50/50 mix on them and rinse with your shooter tip. Some may disagree but that’s the only thing that works for me when washing eaves on whiskey fungus houses.

Get a unger telescoping pole and brush. It’ll come right off with slight agitation and rinse.

There is a chance that it will leave a shadow in the paint. I washed about 1600ft if vinyl fence recently, had it all over it, there was a lot of shadow left in the fence that NOTHING would take of.

What @Harold said. Sometimes, you just have to do a little more work to get the results you want. It can’t all be spray, dwell, rinse.

That looks like most of the gutters in my area. At this point I just hit all gutters with my second story tip dsing my normal housewash mix and they all seem to clean up fine.
