I have an opportunity to quote pressure washing a 14 unit apartment complex. Never quoted anything like this before, how should I go about pricing it? I have an X-jet system.
It is 3 stories high the buildings are approx. 180 ft long by 80 ft wide. Also was wondering what type of chemical would work best for this. It has mold on all the East facing sides.
Thanks,
Todd

Welcome Todd.

We wash some two and three story complexes on occasion. Everything that we do is downstreamed so I can’t speak to the x-jet part.

Your regular house wash should be fine. Hallways, fire alarms, occupants, are just some of the things that you get to contend with on apartment projects.

Water availability is something to address as well.

Start your estimate by breaking one building down into components. How long will will each segment take? Add in set up, and other issues, apply a price to that building and multiply by 14.

You may receive better information from the apartment washing regulars in the private forum. Maybe, I can’t speak for them.
