Today I start back at the gym-- How about you?

That’s sounds good to me. I walk to the gym(1 mile) and get right to it. Top it off with 30-45 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical. My knees won’t take a stationary. Funny I can use a regular bike but a stationary bothers me.

It’s funny how the knees react to some of these things. I love running but since tearing up both knees the last 3 yrs the elliptical machine now hurts my knees. The low to the ground stationary bike works for me now. I notice alot of old fogies use this type of machine like I do lol.

I just started on the Total Gym after Christmas. I really like it because it’s low impact on my knees/joints. I needed to get strength and flexibility back.
