Elephant ears should I tarp it or just soak it?
Just soak em down
Wet them down, rinse when done for sure measureā¦.
If a customer asks me I say āthatās one of the questions I get all the time, when itās cool or wet I donāt really worry about it and Iāve never lost a plant (I never have), when itās hot or dry conditions I wet the plants, apply my mix, rinse the vegetation again, let the mix dwell and rinse everything a last timeā. No one has questioned me.
I just did a housewash last week that had elephant ears across the back. I tried to āpre-soakā them but the water beaded right off. I think it has a natural repellent coating on them. I suspect the surfactant will stick more so rinse really well after.
Really though youāre probably not going to get much on the actual leaves as this is just a surface cleaning.
