Titan hose reel issue

oh and trust me the buying experience was awesome. they went above any beyond for me. but once that $6,000 order cleared, and my stuff left their shop, I was on my own. I hope your shipping experience goes well and you don’t have any issues. If it wasn’t for the shipping issue I had, I would have been very happy with them. It was the way they talked down to me and told me I was S.O.L after spending $6,000 is what rubbed me the wrong way. I had to spend money at a Honda dealer to get my brand new unit running and they left me to chase down the shipping company for a refund. Even the shipping company couldn’t believe that they had me calling them. They said word for word “shouldn’t PWP be contacting us about this?” Just because it wasn’t PWP fault doesn’t mean I wasn’t their customer…they should have looked out for me is all I gotta say…

I’d be up set too. I just bought my stuff recently. I got my stuff in 2 days delivered to my door my lift gate. Lori texted me everytime she got a update from the shipping company. She told me they had just switched shipping company’s due to some issues(maybe you were one of them). Anyways but the terminal and the residential lift gate service called me both were very nice and the lift gate driver mikey was awesome he pulled the pallet jack through gravel to put my products in my shop because it was about to rain. Sorry all that happened to you and they should be held somewhat accountable for not using a quality shipping company or making it right for you by handling the problem with the shipping company for you…
