My electric reels are pulling very slow. I changed out the selenoid and no luck. They are first in line from the battery, in my stack, and the 2nd one pulls fine. Also they seem to have less resistance. When I’m done pulling they keep spinning way more than usual.
Hows the chain look?
Do your reels have a clutch?
You need to post a video running each. If you have a lot of drag, say pulling 200’ of flexilla thru grass, will be a little slower. than something with a smooth finish. A lot of people say mine are faster than theirs, but as long as it pulls all I care about. Beats hand cranking
My titans are faster than my Hannay reels for some reason……titans are quick to me.
I’ve had these two reels for 3 years. It’s definately pulling slow. It has no horsepower if you want to call it that. I can hold the high pressure hose and stop the reel from spinning. The 2nd reel in the stack pulls like it always has.
From the terrible view I have, it appears to be similar in tension as the other reel.
