I doubt anyone will read that. They will Google “pressure washing near me” and look to see if you have a fair amount of reviews and close to 5 stars, then maybe glance at your services offered. It is WILD how little people care about websites and such.
That’s all my experience so take that with a grain of salt. I think visitors to my website spend 30 seconds on there average from last year. Probably enough to say “yeah…looks legit” and then bounce right off.
It looks like you are trying to build value through that page. Make sure to show up on time, do what you say you’re going to do, set proper expectations before doing the work, and be an advocate for your customers even if you lose money in the short run. That has been working with me so far!

I agree and am fully aware that something like 80-90+% of people never get past the home page. MOST of what I’m doing is for SEO anyway, but I need the pages there.
I do. I learned years ago in the lawn service industry that my job was not to cut grass. My job was the let my customer FORGET about their grass. They can look at it or not. Think about it or not. I’ve got it covered.

While I’m in a similar situation as you, that doesn’t mean it should be relayed to potential customers. All they will see is a burned out near retirement business owner that probably won’t do more than the bare minimum.

Way more info than needed, even if you want to make all those points to people. I was left wondering if you were looking to turn this into a empire though 
No issue if you want to tout your age as experience, your willingness to attend to them fully without overbooking, and your focus on their satisfaction… all great things, but really that’s about all that page really said.
I don’t think there’s much in the way of SEO keywords in that either.
I get that, and that’s the reason I’ve asked. There’s things I don’t like about it also, but it can be read in more than 1 light. But that’s exactly what I’m seeking: Thoughts, opinions, feelings, vibe…
