Hey guys, I would be very thankful to have some of your critique and opinions on my logo design and company name. I’m wanting to do a little re-branding… here is my current logo and company name. Any thoughts on the design, colors, name, anything else? Thank you for your feedback!

Here is a different concept which I think needs to be revised a little (letter spacing, more centered, etc.), but do you like the feel of it more than the first one?
My thought, if I were just driving by a yard sign, is that I wouldn’t know what “home services” entails. Is it interior cleaning, designing, landscaping, etc. Perhaps being a bit more specific with it would be beneficial.

Ya, by your name I would think your a construction company
This logo screams construction to me as well. But the top one is the better of the two.
Maybe instead of home services put exterior cleaning
I’m not a fan of the houses, I’d take that out, the original JCW looks great, and underneath id put something along the lines of exterior cleaning, or pressure cleaning.
But if you’re adamant about having houses, I’d be as minimalistic as possible, like no windows
(I’m assuming you don’t do other home services like repairs.)
