Thinking about a Hot Box - Suggestions?

A while back I bought a 13HP 4GPM @ 4K PSI washer. Honda engine, Belt drive CAT pump. I use it for my commercial rentals and car washes.

The concrete, walls an machines at the car washes are subject to some serious grime buildup. From the chemicals and the exhaust fumes, and I’ve been having a hard time cleaning it even using industry common cleaners containing Phosphoric and Sulphuric acid.

I’ve been thinking about adding on a heater / Hot Box and was wondering if you guys think it’s make a difference in cleaning? I’ve read many positive comments here and from what I’ve gathered, it will.

I was considering this machine and was wondering what people though of it?

VERTICAL HOT BOX 115V 6 GPM #115-60
6.0 gpm @ 4000 psi

Have you tried renting one to see if it would even make a difference?

I use this on all my jobs.
Had it for 5yrs and the extended warranty, nrver used it, it good too.

I see now why you needed to go way up and over with your burner. I’ve never in my life seen a utility trailer with a permanent rail in the back. I have to ask why is your washer tilted like that? Not a permanent situation right?

Yep…took the weels off and was transpirting to my welder, for making a braket
