Do you have a picture that is a little less zoomed so i can see the full junction set up?
I know. I almost bought the same machine to tinker with but he beat me to it. I watched a gooseneck enclosed trailer burn to the ground once from a burner going rogue.
It’s dark in va but all of mine is in a loom so you cant see it. Where does the wire coming out of the tee go on your machine?
The wire coming out of bottom of the tee piece goes to the burner on/off switch box. Im guessing its either a flow sensor or a pressure sensor wire. But could i just put a 4 way connector on my coil oulet and plumb in a probe thermostat that way?
I would take it apart its probably a hi temp switch which means you could run the thermo wire into that. Because you will not need it. Have you run that machine yet
All my machines do not have a thermostat. They are not reliable and there is a major lag/delay. Just step down and up on the burner nozzle and run it non stop and forget about wiring in a thermostat. Nozzles for the burner gun are $7 bucks on eBay. Start with a 1.25 gph nozzle and 5 mins of your time
I paid $40 @Hotsy
Thanks everybody @Firefighter4hire what are the usual inside thread measurements for that 4 way block?
…Ouch
Do you bypass anything else on your machines?
That was before I joined this place for help and knee slapping fun back last year, I’m slowly figuring it out man… Now that I got the price chopping @dperez…You’ve shown me the light brother.
Well it’s not really bypassed just omitted when I build the units. I also have a work around hidden “bypass” switch for test that allows me to fire the burner with no water flow. Oh and I can also bypass my unloader easily to dial in the machines rpm
You’re a tricky one for sure. I love it
Yes but both the high temp and flow switch are bypassed so when i flick on the burner it just fires, gonna try to fix that. But now i know where to plumb the thermostat probe, Now i have to figure out how to wire the thermostat to the on/off switch For the burner. Any tips?
