A lot of people have seen our Yellow Beast and have asked me, where do I buy something like it that WORKS.
As many in the industry knows, the more popular units being sold, simple cannot handle Parking Garage Cleaning volume. You have to do limited filtration and cannot overload them or all hell will occur.
To give a little history…
I designed the unit back in 2004 and later improved the designed in 2005.
Since then, I have not seen any units that can compare to the 400 degree temps with 5,000 PSI specs.
The Filtration that I built from the ground up was designed in 1991 and then I built it in 1992. Making the unit exclusively for Parking Garage Cleaning at 78+ GPM. Some of the requirements was to build something that can handle the extreme load put on the filtration units when doing such a large amount of cleaning at one time.
Since then, I met with George Podell, the owner of Hot and Mighty. George also had a passion of building units that far exceeded anything being offered on the market.
Today, I hired another contractor who has a unit from Hot and Mighty. This unit is a all in one filtration and hot water unit on one trailer.
I am eager to see what George has built for the average contractor and to see if the unit can handle the sludge.
In my opinion, Hot and Mighty is one of the best units out there for Parking Garage Cleaning that the contractor can buy. Units are about $80,000 which is far less than ours at 150,000 per tailer/ 300,000 for the set.
