I see there is some back and forth going on about this big blue house! I’ll clear it up, the house was heavily oxidized, I used EacoChems One Restore, the little 1.8gpm 12v hand cart with a lawn mower battery is what I used to apply it straight, no dilution. There are two square test spots that I did on two different parts of the house. The before and after photo is not painted. The product works.

Well I’ll be damned. Great work and thanks for clearing this one up! @sgb looks like you were right, buddy. @Guardiansoftwash can you give us any insight as to how much chemical you used? Dwell time? Any surfactant? Rinse, no rinse? Time to completion?

That’s how you were able to achieve such a pattern and defined stop lines. Makes sense now.

I used way more than I should have, super windy week on the lake, it should have taken 20 gallons ended up with 30+. Apply let it dwell 5-7 min, rinse. I use my 3/4hp booster to rinse works great.

Good deal. Thanks for enlightening us. It looks like a viable option should one ever need to tackle such a task.

Don’t we all.

Where are you located in the world? I’m assuming somewhere with a ton of sunlight like Florida or similar. I’ve seen plenty of oxidation but nothing ever to the degree of that blue house.

How much time has passed since the first time you used One Restore? I’d be interested in how long it takes for the oxidation to come back. Would you have that info available?
