As usual, when ever I want to get a great product from the United States the supplier does not ship
to Canada. Window Cleaning Resource to the rescue! I call Alex and explain the situation, he simply
says " Bill have the book shipped to us , and I will forward it to you via United States Postal Service".
Beat that for customer service!! This is not the first time the Lambrinides brothers have done this sort
of thing for me either. Again, thanks a lot to you both. Can not beat this kind of customer service !!
